Welcome to my blog!
My name is Sambuca, but my mommy and daddy call me Buca for short.
I am an American Staffordshire Terrier who was 1 of 9 puppies rescued along with my doggy mommy by Bully Buddies. My new mommy saw me on their website and instantly fell in love with me. How could you not? just look at my face!!!!
After going through the adoption process, they called my forever mommy and told her that she was now the proud mama of me!!! hooray!
My new mommy came over to Vancouver to pick me up and we started our journey to my new home on Vancouver Island. At my new home I have a mommy, daddy, 2 cats (who have taught me that their tails are not chew toys or for chasing lol) 2 girls who are almost 4 and love to play with me and run around in the yard with me, and a baby boy who is almost 1 who crawls around on the floor with me.
The other day, now that my cough is almost cleared up, I got to go with mommy to grandma's house and play with her doggy Charlie. Charlie is a yellow lab and we had lot's of fun running around the backyard together. Mommy says I get to play with Charlie everyday when she goes back to work and grandma and Charlie are coming over to watch the baby. I'm gonna have lot's of fun!!!
Today there was a bunch of water falling from the sky. Mommy says it's rain, and I need to get used to it cause it happens a lot around here. All I know is I don't like it! We also went to the pet store today to get a new toy for me and I met so many people!! everyone kept telling mommy that I was a beautiful girl!! I had lots of fun, and they gave me treats! I think I'm going to like going to that store!!!
Well, it's been an exhausting day. Mommy took me for a walk to tire me out so I would sleep tonight and I am very sleepy now.
